A&W Diamonds Loose Diamonds Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipments
A&W Diamonds offers free shipping within the contiguous United States.
After we process and package your order, it will be shipped out exclusively though FedEx.
All of our FedEx shipments are doubled boxed and insured for your protection at no additional charge. An adult signature will be required upon arrival. For your safety, A&W Diamonds does not disclose the package tracking number.
All orders over $3000.00 will be shipped overnight via FedEx within the United States. All orders under $3000.00 will be shipped free through FedEx ground. For all FedEx Ground shipments, the customer may chose to have their order shipped via FedEx overnight for a shipping fee of $25.00.
A&W Diamonds can ship your order to an address other than the current credit card holder's address. In order for A&W Diamonds to help you accomplish this you must have an alternate shipping address on record with the credit card company prior to completing your transaction with A&W Diamonds. This is for your protection.
International Shipping
Any order requiring International Shipping will be sent via FedEx Overnight. However, FedEx Overnight does not guarantee overnight delivery.
Shipping costs to Canada is $50.00 USD, for anywhere else $75.00 USD.
Depending on destination of the order, there may be additional taxes and/or duties due at customs before delivery. Customs will require payment of these taxes and/or duties prior to delivery, which will be the responsibility of the recipient and not that of A&W Diamonds. Please contact your local customs agent to get an accurate quote for the value of these taxes and/or duties.

*A&W Diamonds reserves the right to refuse any International Order at our discretion. In the event we are not able to ship to your location, you will be promptly informed.
